GonioLabs Consultancy – Business process analysis, Presentation and Documentation

Starting in December 2010, gonioLabs will consult at the Swedish National Archives, duration five months.

Two assignments, both as leader of business process mappings. Purpose: to enhance delivery quality through reduced individual staff dependence, streamline the flow of information and provide a basis for procurement of a new production support system. Educate staff in process mapping. Produce a sub-system integration proposal, with the Swedish Tax Agency, as part of a basis for externally made investment decision. Workload approx. 20 percent.
