GonioLabs receives an assignment for a bus transportation and bus transportation syndication organization; September 2011 — September 2013.
Head business architect in product development and management of case management systems with activities such as process mapping, requirement capture; also responsible for test criteria and documentation. During the implementation phase on behalf of the customer (a product development company), act as project manager and delivery manager at deployment sites at the end customer (SJ, the Swedish market-leading train operating company). The project is extensive and complex as the deployed system manages all replacement traffic during disruptions, including production and information systems for all substitute traffic (bus, taxi etc.) for SJ's passenger train service. The system is in continuous operation with incremental development of functionality, so the work will be conducted in accordance with LEAN methodology. The project is technically challenging, interfaces with existing IT systems in other organizational units within SJ and several other organizations (including The Swedish Transport Administration), and taxi transportation syndication operational. Further including also geo-location, messaging, as well as more than 2,000 geographically distributed users with partial individual business needs and profiles (permission logics), and user interfaces through both web and mobile applications. Implementation involves two subcontractors with associated coordination needs. The workload in the range of 70 – 130 percent.
